This is my 2nd purchase of Officially Xclusive hair. My first time was two years ago and the hair was great quality. I was in a crunch and last minute this time around so I was praying she had hair in stock. I was looking for 18, 20,22 inches however she only had 20,22,24. Not a big difference between the requested length and what she had in stock. She had to check what she had available and give me a callback. She was friendly and followed through on her commitment. Once my stylist co-signed the hair before installing it, I knew I did good with my purchase. I will definitely keep Officially Xclusive in my top tier hair companies. I was worried of a vendor change from my last purchase but the hair was beautiful. It holds a curl immaculately. I’m so in love with this hair. Please support this professional blk hair business.

This is an updated review. I thought the end result looked really nice. She flat ironed the hair and it looked polished at the end. The way it was installed underneath caused one of the bobby pins to rip the net and it just started to come apart from there. It lasted less than a week but I guess that’s why it’s called a quick weave. I was told it would last two weeks. Even though she was a little late, she has good chair side manners and customer service. I did let her know I was disappointed and that I needed to take it out. It was itching way too much since my hair wasn’t moisturized underneath. She seemed professional enough that she probably would have tried to fix it if I asked but I was just over it. I probably would buy her hair before I would book another quick weave though.
