First time customer, but definitely won’t be my last! I was hesitant to go, but ever since I found out the old management left; I decided to give it a chance. David was really professional and gave me great tips on how to take care of my hair. The haircut looks great, and my girlfriend said it was the best haircut I’ve ever got before I told her I went to a new place. Super clean, great atmosphere, friendly staff & I just can’t recommend these guys enough. “Official Cuts” is definitely where you want to go.

Terrible customer service. I do have to admit I booked my first appointment and it was great. Wanted to come in next time and booked again. Got a call the day before saying he has to cancel. Okay I’ll reschedule for tomorrow, booked again and went it the next day with an appointment in hand, tells me I have two people ahead of me with 10 minutes early to my appointment and to either wait or reschedule. Why have the booksy app and take appointments if you’re not going to take them or honor them.
