Took a chance going to this salon as I chose it based on a google search. I am super fussy about my appearance (ESPECIALLY MY HAIR) so they had their work cut out for them, literally! To my delight, I was totally blown away by my experience. The owner, Shawnece was extremely professional and attentive to my needs. She was patient and gentle as I am extremely tender headed ♀️ The salon is designed beautifully and immaculately clean. Her vibe and skills were amazing! My weave is banging and I’m having 2 custom wigs created to rock for the summer! I will definitely be going back and recommend Off Da Hook Salon to anyone willing to pay a little more for top notch service. It’s well worth the price! You will not be disappointed❣️

I went to Off da hook six weeks ago for starter locs. Wonderful A+ service. You can tell Shawnese Parker cares about what she’s doing. I loved her at first site. LaNiece did my starter locs and I can’t say enough good things. Today she dyed me blonde! I didn’t think I could pull it off but she made sure my color choice went with my skin tone. I was really worried about that, but I also really wanted to be bold. And I love it !

Very welcoming and clean atmosphere. The staff is very friendly, polite and professional. It’s hard to choose a favorite stylist because they all are seriously gifted at what they do!! From natural hair, to weaves, wigs, braids, the list goes on!! My two personal favs are Shawnese and Pilar. They do it all. Let’s not forget their phenomenal makeup artist/hair stylist by the name of Seven who will have your face glowing and your hair flowing!!! Myself(41 yo) & my daughter(18 yo) both receive services here. We walk in feeling confident in the services that we will receive and walk out looking AMAZING!!

Professional and Amazing work. The stylist here are magicians. The place is very clean. I loved the way it is set up and how when ppl are walking down the street they can’t just look at you getting your hair done it feels like you are a star getting royal treatment with a private room, but all the fun of regular salon with talk other clients can’t see your transformation either so if you have areas your embarrassed about this is place for you. My stylist is Shawnese and she is the Absolute greatest she was so gentle and my hair was still so tight and lasts longer than any other especially with my none taking care or wrapping my hair up hand down best salon ever.
