I’m not always chatty when in the chair; I usually like to relax and not talk much. As a new client, Trish let me take the wheel and she responded well to my personality. I had been coloring my own hair but had a “hair emergency” with doing it the day before my scheduled cut. I went in and explained I’d prefer we use the time to attempt to correct the problem. Trish was perfect: she made time for me, corrected the color issue with a single product, with a lot of massaging and care (she told me she loves doing color) instead of foils and putting me in a corner for an hour (the part about coloring at my previous salon that made me want to tackle it instead), and then washed, deep conditioned, cut and styled my hair. . . all in a decent amount of time. That’s it! I’m done! I told Trish from now on, I’m seeing her for my coloring. As I walked out and touched my hair, I realized it has not felt that soft for a long time. As a new client with Trish, I saw her originally for a haircut and was very happy with it. Trish has a lovely way about her. It was a pleasure working with Trish for my haircut. It had been 19 months since my last cut due to the pandemic, and the fact that I had set my mind on donating my “lockdown” hair to women and children who have suffered medical hair loss. She cut my hair exactly the way I wanted it to get back to my old self again, and provided me with several 11-inch ponytails following Hair We Share guidelines to donate to a worthy cause close to my heart.

I love the people who work at off Broadway! I have been going there any time I’m in the area for 8 years or more. They really know what they are doing when it comes to cutting hair but I never know what to schedule my appointment for. Sometimes when I say I want “to get my haircut” they cut my hair. Thats it. Sometimes they wash, dry, cut, and style my hair. Its sometimes a guessing game for what I will actually get, but I know that no matter what I always leave happy with how my hair looks (and although my hair isn’t colored I am picky about how it gets cut). I know that even if I schedule with someone I haven’t had before they are going to be good. They must have high standards for who they hire!!

Laura colored my hair (full highlights) today for the first time, and it’s the best my hair has looked in years!! She is a great listener and did an outstanding job. I’ve been getting my hair highlighted for 20 years and I think this is the best I’ve ever had. I have stubborn hair and like bright highlights and it’s hard to get my hair to do what I want it to do. Laura is meticulous and brightened my hair in a way other stylists couldn’t. I’ll be a client for as long as she’s a stylist!

I booked Off Broadway Salon for my wedding (mani/pedi, bridal hair and makeup, and wedding party hair). We had so much fun here on my wedding day! They allow food and beverages and have an upstairs area for the wedding party to hang out. Linze did my hair and Ashley did my makeup – they had me so relaxed and enjoying every minute of the morning. I was so happy with how my hair and makeup turned out! They both really listened to what I wanted. The wedding party all loved their hair as well. Ale did a great job with my nails and was very easy to talk to. The only downside to this experience was that there was some confusion about appointment times leading up to the wedding, but they rectified the situation right away.

Today was my first visit to Off Broadway, and I wish I would have gone sooner!! The girl at the front desk was welcoming and stayed kindly past close. Becky, my stylist, is beyond amazing! She listened to what I like, and she nailed it. She did a fantastic job giving me an up to date look and showing me how to get my new style at home!! Thank you Becky!!

My first appointment with Ale for a gel nail fill. I came to her with many flaws due to a nail tech who was not as detail orientated. She fixed all the mistakes did a First class job! She’s also a very pleasant lady and it was a joy spending time with her! The Salon is clean and inviting. She will definitely be seeing more of me!
