I came to get my hair dyed and I showed her my inspiration picture and even ask her if she can do it, because I have a lot of hair and its super dark. She says yes and starts on my hair. She didn’t let me see the process, and my hair looks so blotchy once I took a little peek ( which was towards the end of the process) I have some orange spot and gray spot on my hair. I started to cry because how bad it looked. I told her that it isn’t what I wanted. she just said how my hair is so dark and how I have a lot of hair. Even though I asked her if she thinks she can do it. Not to mention how the store looked, it was so nasty, unorganized, there was so many flies in the store. There were so many red flags, I just didn’t want to judge her nor the place. But after my experience it would never go back again. I would rate it zero star if I could. Lastly, not to mention when I told the hair dresser (who is the owner of the store by the way) what she did wrong, she was just saying how I didn’t want to pay and how I should just say that. She has the nastiest character. She tried to fix it but it just got even worse from my roots. Please don’t go here. Go spend your money some where else. I came to get my hair dyed and I showed her my inspiration picture and even ask her if she can do it, because I have a lot of hair and its super dark. She says yes and starts on my hair. I decided to come here with my little sister to get our ends cut because they quoted us $20 each for just the cuts and I wanted to support a Latina-owned business during the pandemic but it was definitely not worth it !! The place was empty and looked dirty, the ladies cutting our hair did not take in regards to any of our suggestions and ended up messing up our hairs. I also felt like they just did not want to work or cut our hairs even though we were the only ones there. Another thing that just baffled me about how these ladies run their business is that they only accept cash but they fail to mention this at the beginning of our conversation when I asked for the price of their services. I was really annoyed at that point because I usually do not carry cash with me but I happened to have enough cash to cover the fee. I decided to come here with my little sister to get our ends cut because they quoted us $20 each for just the cuts and I wanted to support a Latina-owned business during the pandemic but it was definitely not worth it !!
