It’s been a while since I’ve been here but wow I had an appointment to get my hair and makeup done and I came out looking like a clown . The woman who did my makeup had zero idea what she was doing…she barely spoke English too so that didn’t help. She basically had me tell her what to use and what to do. That is NOT how you do makeup. It’s your job to be an expert or at the very least skilled at your job, you don’t rely on the customer to point to colors and tell you what to do. I still think about this to this day even though it was years ago. I washed my face and took out my hair pretty much immediately. What a joke. Hoping they’ve figured things out since then!

Finally found the best stylist ever, who can cut, color and style hair like no other. This magician’s name is Jerry. I have long, thick and wavy hair that’s very difficult to manage and work with. I went through numerous salons and stylists and haven’t found the right one. That is until I met Jerry. Jerry and his team are the best group of stylists I’ve met thus far. They’re very professional, courteous and pleasure to deal with. The salon is clean and beautifully decorated. They even go as far as serving you coffee and freshly baked Italian cookies. Jerry was very attentive and patient. He took his time to listen to my concerns and tried to address all my questions. I had a hair cut, full highlights and a conditioning treatment. It was my first visit to the salon. I got myself a haircut which was done by Gina. Gina’s experience and expertise is apparent from the way she handles hair. I loved the way Gina gave me a makeover. The best thing about Gina is the little talk that you have with her during your session. You feel really positive after that.
