I’m a kid. But me and my mom came here. One of the workers washed my hair and did half of it because I’m tender headed so my mom did the rest I was crying but then she yells at my mom because she didn’t here the price of it because she was getting her hair washed. She disrespected my mom. And I didn’t like that. But then she said that I was only crying because she was doing the back of my hair. She was blow drying my hair and was starting from the roots. People who have course hair you can’t start from the roots. The person who is doing my mom’s hair is so nice but not the lady doing my hair. The lady that was blow drying my hair just walked out the door. This is why I give this place a two star rate.

I found that they were very unprofessional, she over booked clients, when the clients called in to schedule an appointment she’s not even writing it down. She has no patience braiding children’s hair. When the mother stepped out she was not nice to the other child and also made her clean up her sister’s hair. As I was taking down my individuals I learned that my hair was cut so I would think twice before coming to this salon. I would say that since it was two of them braiding my hair at one time it was done pretty fast but I’m unsatisfied with the fact that they cut my hair in the process.

This place is poorly heated and low light.. customer service is very rude, no guarantee on their work. They speak their own language and talk about their customers. And no set price on hairstyles.

This place is absolutely horrible the place in ever meaning of the word. I started google searching a reviewing photos of this shop and i was searching for a style in which they had show numerous photos of and so i call the number the rating said three plus stars I’d give zero but it doesn’t give that option because i spoke to the owner showed up at 5pm as requested by the owner i was told to give them a photo of what i wanted instead of scheduling me with a lady that look like she could do it and haveing had already decided to go with this place because availability and the photos etc i got there just to be lied to about the knowledge of work they were capable of doing the was rudely ignored after having had told and showed them examples and giving the stylist plenty of chances to do it the way i requested (even tho they ask my baby like she could see) the ruined my baby new style experience and her firat time in a hair salon. The lady spoke of a pay first before service i expressed i wanted to see the work and had no change she said ok come back in a bit due to i wasn’t alone i had my baby and didn’t know policies at that time. I come back to check up it’s now 3-4 hr later. Stylist left. Not know how to do single braids neat, orderly, and fit to her age and head size i came back her hair wasn’t half way done i asked what was going on where the stylist went. I reminded them i ask before coming how long it would take she said 4 or so hours we were close to that and the hair job was terrible even with guidance and with help she told me she couldn’t take the time to do a great job or atleast simple box braids and stylist wasn’t willing she sat there discussing prices but had done or even gotten have way to completion. She sat down even when i ask here to finish and i will just be on my way i told them i felt the job was done correctly and the lady said she can’t do it i asked multiple times could she finish she refused to start. I said if she won’t do it i will take my business elsewhere so then she began to insult and sit looking upset & trying to over charge from original price agreement if she had fix issues & was willing to not only style my baby hair but also care for it we could have left happy but nope. They tried to force us to pay what they wanted with no price to review first when ask every hairstyle was all the same when i ask questions no matter the difference in length or whatever. There was a young lady that definitely needed a discount for the mess she had to witness. They went so far as to take unwanted photos of us for whatever reason. I’m telling you the owner admitted her employee work was not ok and she said she left me to advocate for ourself which made things worst then they assault and lock me and my child in when we tried to go demanding by force that they get and take down her hair. I mean 4-5 hours of my life wasted. If i would go in complete detail how nasty the lady smelled and unclean this place was and unorganized it would have you running the other way. The jump head to head without wash hands etc. I would never go here again and would not recommend coming close to anyone who works here. The grabbed my child and my my very uncomfortable & worried for her in more ways then one. I unfortunately call the boys. Said it was small claims. May write them off as a bad experience but I’ll see how i feel in the am since these unprofessional savages like treating paying customers with little respect as for themselves to assult paying ppl that ask for the basics. Prices aren’t worth the work they do. Try someplace eles if you want a decent, relaxing, clean, sanitary, calm, reasonable, hard working, considerate, respectful, honest, educated, and the list goes on stylist because this place and the owner are ridiculous trifling. I’ll be looking into those pictures the took without my permission too never can be to careful with ppl. Smh

Scheduled an appointment here for 9:30. The woman doing my hair showed up over 30 minutes late but kept calling me saying that she was only 5 minutes away but would give me $10 off if I waited. When I got the shop she cleaned and I waited, then when showed her the braid pattern I wanted she said that she was going to charge me $20 more for the braid pattern because she didn’t know that I wanted it like that. Then when it game time to pay, she told me she thought I was someone else so the only reason why she said it was $10 off is because she thought it was a $200 service. Stated I would need to pay the full amount.

They do braid very tightly when it doesn’t have to be..I only went because I didn’t feel like doing it myself..I was very dissatisfied & will not recommend them to anyone..& if they’re doing kids hair them babies will be crying but I will not return I will continue to do my own hair.. they do be lieing about the price too..I recommend going somewhere else please ladies
