Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueToday was my first experience with this shop. I purchased a tanning package and completed 1 session. The prices are very fair. The tanning bed was great! You can tell the bulbs are frequently changed and the beds are kept up with. The place itself is very clean and all staff members shared smiles and greetings upon entry and exit. Matt is who personally assisted me. Not only was he extremely professional, courteous and kind, he went above and beyond by reaching out and letting me know I left my ring in the tanning room. I couldn’t go back to grab it tonight so he agreed to secure it and hold onto it until my next visit. He sent a follow up as well to let me know he had done so! In my opinion, ones character and integrity speaks volumes and says all you need to know about them or their place of business before choosing to utilize any service they provide!!! Matt exceeds this expectation a hundred times!This act of kindness means a lot to me and I’m grateful I chose this shop to tan at. 10/10 highly reccomend this place to any and all! Today was my first experience with this shop. I purchased a tanning package and completed 1 session. The prices are very fair. The tanning bed was great! You can tell the bulbs are frequently changed and the beds are kept up with. The place itself is very clean and all staff members shared smiles and greetings upon entry and exit. So extremely disappointed! The lady barber literally butchered my son’s hair. He showed her a picture of the exact hair cut he wanted and she chopped off his long locks which took all summer to grow. Now his hair looks horrible, it’s all shaved…she shaved his head. I will NEVER go back! That lady barber was incompetent! Haircut

Went in on a Monday during their down time. Never been there before, but I was un desperate need of a cut and nobody else was open. They did not disappoint! The guy had min in a chair and then out the door very quickly. Super friendly, quiet gem, in a big city I am new to. They don’t take card but do have am atm on site. Seems like they type of place people would frequent regularly. It’s a little far from my house but if i am ever in need on a Monday … I would make the drive out there.

If I could give a zero. I would. After reading all the awesome reviews, and there are many, I guess they can care less about the few negative ones. I’m white, but have a black husband and mixed children. I don’t want to think because of this, this barbershop started treating me differently. However, I’m beginning to feel the discomfort. Before they knew about my interracial relationship, my cuts were superb, now they are uneven and just awful. I arrived there 15 mins before they were supposed to close and the door was locked with one customer waiting for their hair to be cut, the two barbers that were there care less to acknowledged me standing outside the door. If what I’m feeling is to be correct, it’s a shame we still have people in the world like this and in the long run NO one benefits though they think that “THEY” do…

I’ve been going to Odenton Barber since I was a kid (15+ years). They always do a great job. The staff here are very good. Very consistent, friendly, and hard-working individuals that have attention to detail.

Scott gave me the best hair cut I ever had been coming there for 25 years or so always get good results all of the barbers are great don’t matter who you go to ….always fantastic best barbershop ever very happy and wife is to. that’s all that matters!

There were only two barbers and one customer when I walked in. I was not greeted or acknowledged. When I tried to speak to either one of the barbers they would not make eye contact. When I asked for their cards so I could make an appointment I was told they don’t have any (I saw them on her station however. ) I don’t know what prompted the behavior but I wouldn’t recommend anyone go in to this shop if you are expecting to be treated like a human being.

They face you away from the mirror, which makes absolutely no sense to me. I, as the person who owns the hair they are cutting, don’t get to see what is happening to my own head and therefore cannot give feedback during the cut. Instead, you wait until they are done to see your hair, then you can give them your feedback. So, if you want something changed, it’ll just cost them more time in the end, and ultimately, they turn you back around, and seem to rush the process. I told the barber exactly what to do to finish off my cut so that it is the way I like it, but instead, the barber ignored me and did it his/her own way, so now I look like an idiot along with the fact that the cut was completely unsymmetrical.. On top of all this, they charge $18 for 15 minutes of time, which is just absurd. I’ve been to much better barber shops where they spend 30 minutes despite there being a line, because they get every detail and make sure their customer is happy. People are willing to wait in those because they know they’ll have a nice cut.
