Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueHad to wait 3 and1/hrs to get service finished Toes were done with a design when nails were done I ask for the same design. Apparently the nail tech did not do designs instead of going to get someone who could she continued to finish my nails plain. If you have a person who can’t do designs you go get someone who can. Also the owner decided that I needed s&s done. Guess it was more expensive. I refused to have the s& s and was treated badly. They made fun of me speaking Korean or whatever language they use. If you work for American clients you should at least speak where everyone can understand you. Place is dirty. Calling the health inspector. Had to wait 3 and1/hrs to get service finished Toes were done with a design when nails were done I ask for the same design. Apparently the nail tech did not do designs instead of going to get someone who could she continued to finish my nails plain. If you have a person who can’t do designs you go get someone who can. Critical: Professionalism, QualityI realize that they were very busy today, with being the first day open after being closed due to the virus. I was the first customer there this morning, and I thought I would get a full set and be out in about an hour. Two hours later, the lady doing my nails had answered the phone in excess of ten times, and still hadn’t put on the ‘pink’ part of my pink and white. I told her I had to go and could not continue sitting there any longer due to back pain. She said all she had left to do was put on the top coat (shine) and I could come back this afternoon late and get that done. She didn’t even realize she had only half done my nails. I had asked for round, and they definitely are not. They are all different shapes. Two have thick amounts of the dried white powder under them. She did apologize, and said she was not used to working in gloves and that she is slower than the others. Let me just say that had I waited until she was completely done, it would have taken at least three hours!! Also, if I had a very dissatisfied client, and they were having to come back ‘later’ to finish what I had started, I would not have charged them until the job was complete. She had no problem with charging me $48 for a half completed, poorly done job. I have been going there for years, but once I get my nails finished this afternoon, never again. I realize that they were very busy today, with being the first day open after being closed due to the virus. I was the first customer there this morning, and I thought I would get a full set and be out in about an hour.
