Due to some childhood experiences I always felt anxious going to get my hair cut. Mary, took away all those emotions and gave me the best hair experience ever. She really transformed me and was kind, fun, and engaging while giving me the style of my dreams. I will be going to see her from now on. She gave me my “Audrey Hepburn in Roman Holiday” moment!

Critical: ProfessionalismI switched to Ochoa from another salon, and was pleased with my first two appointments and how much cheaper they were compared to my old salon. But I had two bad experiences involving booking on their texting system: I tried to book a facial in advance, and called to confirm they appointment. They said the appointment was no longer available because the woman had a hand injury, but I only found out because I called them first. The second experience was booking an appointment last-minute for the following day. They had no record of the appointment, even though I got a text and email confirmation that it was booked. I switched to Ochoa from another salon, and was pleased with my first two appointments and how much cheaper they were compared to my old salon. But I had two bad experiences involving booking on their texting system: I tried to book a facial in advance, and called to confirm they appointment. They said the appointment was no longer available because the woman had a hand injury, but I only found out because I called them first. Critical: QualityI received and eyelash lift and after 2 days felt that it did not take properly. I have had this procedure done multiple times at the same spa, so I know what results are normal. I request someone to call me back for a correction. After 1.5 was and 3 calls to them I was told I could have it redone in a few weeks on my dime. They never asked for pictures. Actually what was said that 2 was later was too long…but I called days after the procedure. They don’t stand behind their work.
