Best spot in the area to get a hydrafacial. Danielle is extremely thorough and does a great job of educating me about my skin every time I come in for a facial. The hydrafacial itself is so effective and satisfying. You can really see the effect of this facial immediately after getting the service done and for weeks after!! This spa has totally gone downhill! I had a 4pm appt. For a pedicure. There was not a soul upstairs and after going back downstairs, I was told she’d be there in a minute. Ten minutes later, I finally started my soak. Twenty minutes later, she finally came back. Now already it’s 430pm, and I have to be somewhere at 530pm, based on a 4pm start time. Katy was a pleasant person, and the leg massage was great, but i couldn’t enjoy it knowing how far behind she was and my other plans. She went to go get the hot towel and was gone for over 5 minutes! It does not take that long to retrieve a hot towel. At this point, it’s 5pm already and I have to tell her to step it up because I have to be somewhere at 530pm. She ended up finishing the color bout 510-515pm. And I had to hurry to get out of there. At the reception desk downstairs, the young woman asks me if I enjoyed myself, to which I replied, “really not”, and then I was met with a blank stare…really…customer service people! And did I mention the plumber who was walking around upstairs with Miles trying to figure the situation with the chairs, where he kept walking around to the side of where I was sitting gazing at the back of the chair trying to do his job. You mean to tell me he can’t do this on a Monday when the spa is closed or after 7 when it closes upstairs! For something that was to be enjoyable and relaxing, it was a far cry!
