I received a gift certificate from here so my husband and I checked it out. We each received 30 min. chair massages on Saturday. By Saturday evening I was so sore. When I woke up Sunday a.m. I was visibly bruised in multiple areas across my shoulders, middle of my back and my lower back. My lower back is in so much pain that movement has been difficult and I have a visible lump at the base of my neck. I will NEVER return there and will share my experience with others. My husband is fine so perhaps the take away here is a warning not to go if you are a female because there is at least one female employee who is awful and will end up hurting you and potentially damaging you long term.
