I was referred here by a relative when I did bring my son I was greeted by a lady who was cleaning very pleasant and asked who I was there for which services were for my son, stylist was late arriving to the salon 30 minutes I waited to introduce myself but never got to do that paid my deposit as she requested she told me services were 120 which she was paid 120 but no style was done she stated that she don’t wash hair either to come washed and detangled, a month later here we are I had been trying to reach her to schedule she responded two days later left my messages on read when she finally text back I let her know I had to figure out if I would be able to move some things around but by the time I was able to reach her the two times were accounted for, which I figured she offered me the Sunday told her I would take the earlier time paid deposit, The day comes Sunday that is my son was there again at given time no shop open no one there to let them in waited in the lot for 30 minutes then 45 minutes than a hour no sign of the stylist texted the stylist no response called phone ring twice went straight to vm attempted to call again straight to vm, at that point it was a message to to return my deposit, I don’t know how the other stylist are but for Bre I would not schedule with her it was distasteful and unprofessional to say the least

Critical: QualityQuality of wigs doesn’t match price. I bought a blonde wig for $510 and it sheds/breaks off and doesn’t stay straightened long and I’ve had it only for 7 days. My stylist also had complaints about the quality of wigs and lace balding from there which made me immediately regret purchasing, she also informed me that the owner is strict on no refunds and would get nasty if I criticized the quality of his wigs from past experience with her clientsQuality of wigs doesn’t match price.
