Critical: Professionalism, QualityBEWARE!!!The first time I was there I was very impressed with her technique with the veins on my legs. I paid for 90 injections and she did less then half the first visit with the reasoning to see how it worked out..I scheduled an appointment 2 weeks later. The morning of my appointment I woke up with the flu and called immediately to notify her it was not safe for me to go and to reschedule. Left at least a dozen voicemails and never heard a thing. Finally 3 weeks later I get a text notifying me I lost the rest of my injections and I have to pay an additional $55.00. I tried making an appointment online and she rejected it. I understand policy but we are in a pandemic and it was not my choice to be sick.. extremely unprofessional. She uses Saline ( cheap ) and the same needle with each injection, so it’s like mixing blood & saline together going back into your body, not even flushing out the old blood that’s in the syringe! Gross! Veins only going away for few days, save your money! Shop around

Vicky is a Nurse Practitioner, offers a variety of services, and has a lovely location. Appointments are made online as she stays quite booked in a one woman proprietorship. Have found her to be very professional and knowledgable; cares and takes the time to answer questions. She is also very mindful of your budget, offering specials and discounts. Have had to wait 15-20 mins a few times as she does not rush her clients; giving each person the time they require. She is worth the wait and in high demand for good reason; adjust accordingly if you value a personalized and relaxed experience.

Vicky is a horrible person with no exaggeration. She is money hungry and insensitive. I had an emergency and she literally was so rude about it. I am aware of her unscrupulous business practices also. She cannot stand Groupon but she uses it to get people in the door and then makes you feel bad for purchasing it.

I’ve been to Vickie several times for vein treatment so I decided to try her out for Botox and Unfortunately I will never go back. She charge me $260 for 20 units of Botox which is more than what I normally pay from a different location but she insured me that the results for the last four months. I contacted her within the first week and a half to let her know I was not happy with the results and when I came in she told me it looked normal and did not inject me with more. A month after that I contacted her and said I’m really not happy with the results and she said “ let me know when you absolutely can’t take it anymore”. I waited about another week and then reached out to her to let her know it needed to be corrected and that this was the third time I was contacting her since the original appointment. She injected me with 10 units of Botox (that’s what’s she felt I needed, this was not discuss with me) And after the treatment I proceeded to leave and thank her for correcting it and she informed me that I would be charged $120 for today’s visit. After going back-and-forth for about five minutes of me explaining why I did not think it was fair that she was charging me for something she needed to fix from the beginning, I felt like I had no option but to pay in order to leave. Not only did I get stuck paying that extra amount but her Botox did not work yet again. I’ve never been to someone before where I felt like she was injecting me in the wrong area. I told her my trouble area was in between my eyebrows and she was injecting me in my mid for head in order to correct that problem. I think she honestly does not know what she’s doing and I would not recommend anyone going to her for Botox ever. I reach out to her since the appointment asking for her to do the ethical thing and refund me the money and no response. I would NEVER recommend her again

Vicky is absolutely very professional..honest..and has a wonderful personality …i very much enjoyed chatting with her during our sessions..we had a lot of fun and laughs…she’s easy to get to know I would definitely refer Oceanside vein center to someone wanting to take care of their veins and as well as getting fillers…I got both done and I am very happy…THANKS VICKI..
