Went to have a gel polish change… nothing extraordinary. When applying the new polish, it was thin and smelly…I suggested that it was old and that they just needed to get a new bottle out. I was told No and that they would just do “lots of coats.” I expressed that I did not want that and would prefer a different bottle or color and was told “No, it will be fine.” So, $26 later and I have bumpy, thick, nail polish that I am definitely not happy with. The tech doing my nails did the best she could but the owner was NO help. Should have gone to Diva Nails instead.

My first and only visit. My friend and I treated ourselves to a mani/pedi with gel polish. We actually called first to see if they were open. They said yes and we didn’t need to make an appointment so we were there soon after they opened. My friend was finished and went to pay with her credit card. Only then were we told their debit reader wasn’t working. She had to go to an ATM for cash. I suggested they put a sign in the window. Luckily I had cash. Three days after my manicure, the polish started to peel off my fingernails. Skip this place. There are so many other nail salons on the island.

Nice experience. The workers seemed a little rushed…answering phone while doing pedicures. Pedicure only lasted for 15-20 mins for $30. could have lasted longer for that price. but overall she dis a good job on my toenails.

I had a great experience with my spa pedicure and manicure. The salon was clean, neat, tidy and attractive with nice pedicure chairs. It was a fairly quiet salon even with customers and TV’s on in the background, which I appreciate because I like to read. Ally did a wonderful job and I’d definitely go back. I thought everyone seemed friendly and professional. ☺

The lady doing my pedicure cut the side of my cuticle too deep. It started to bleed. She put this random blue stuff on it that I wasn’t aware of what it was. She didn’t help me sit down at the chair for my pedi and she didn’t help me with my purse, shoes, or hoodie. She rushed me to the drying area. The second I sat down she bombarded me with payment. Other than what I described above, was a good experience. Only giving halfway because of the incidents that occurred.

Stopped in for a pedicure. Water was cold. Without going into details, pedicure was over in 30 mins. Barely any massage or treatment. Heels done without soap. Three days later and polish is dull. Technician came to me while toes drying and asked for payment. Just wanted the tip. Never again. Steer clear. And this is from a local year round resident they could have had as a customer.

Relaxing experience, but worst French tip mani & pedi ever. Had them done last Sunday and all the white tips on my nails have chipped off. Normally last minum of two weeks or longer and they began chipping within two days. Really looked forward to having them done on vacation. Very disappointing!

I visited this shop and asked for gel nails. They wound up putting acrylic on. Within two weeks, two nails were broken. I went back and asked them to fix the two nails, thinking they would fix them for free. They were going to charge me to fix them so I left. Overall, I wasn’t happy with the quality of the nail finishing, it looks lumpy and unprofessional.
