I walked in and the nail tech asked what would I like to get done, I told her and she said I’m busy have a good weekend. Where are my options lady? I asked her is there someone else here, she said no never looking up when she spoke to me. I understand you can be busy but a great nail tech would try to reschedule me but this one dismissed me like I was bothering her by asking a question. No customer service here at all, I should’ve listened to the reviews prior to walking in there. No wonder they have a 1.5star it should be 0 stars.

The only thing that was good about the visit was they reccomended good colors. They didnt finish shaping my sister’s nails so she ended up having one almond. 8 rounded square and one rounded. Her fingers hurt the next day and she even had cuts all along her fingertips from the emery board and drill cutting her. She took a shower and the top nail layer of gel coat came right off of 2 nails she was so upset and didnt even want them anymore so we had to go get them taken off. My nails are pretty fine and i had some cuts along my cuticle line from them being too aggressive with the cuticle clipped but I would not reccomend this place to anyone

I got acrylic nails and while they were getting put on, it started to burn and bleed. he continue to drill my nail down and i now have no nails on 2 fingers. my nail beds are destroyed and are so thin.The design and color was in accurate and looked nothing like the display and make sure we showed him. To start, there was not enough people to do everyone’s nails after we had booked an appointment. we waited 30 minutes just to get started. the person who did them was careless and unprofessional. **Update… I genuinely can’t say enough good things about Oceanside! The last two times I’ve gone it was late and Instead of asking me to come back another time, they took me right in! And as I said in my previous review…. THEY DID REMEMBER MY NAME! Things like that make great place even better!

The staff here are very nice. The person who waxed my eyebrows did a great job (I would give 5 stars for this). However, Oceanside Nails only get a 3, because the gel manicure I recieved did not hold up to the demands of my job. Where I work can be hard on my hands, I have had my nails done at 2 other places were the polish has lasted 3 to 4 weeks without showing wear and tear. I cannot say the same for this place.

Well… my manicure (fills) was flawless! Utterly amazing in fact! David is an amazing nail artist! He asked me about my pedicure and I told him that I was not pleased. When I went to check out, they were very apologetic and compensating.

Do a good job and listen to what you want done. Prices are reasonable and they are able to get you in on the drop of a dime. Will continue to go here to get my nails done every month.
