I have had many many massages with Betsy and she is truly gifted. She is very well rounded. When I was in need of general wellness she was able to relax me and release the tension in my body. On the other hand when I had specific issues she is highly knowledgeable about the muscles and skilled at assessing them and isolating problem areas. She does not just rub blindly. She excels at deep and focused work without lasting soreness or discomfort. I highly recommend her!

Betsy is wonderful! I appreciate that the massage and wellness center is located in a physical therapy practice as Betsy can help coordinate her massage with my physical therapy issues. She has a knowledgable understanding of how to address problem areas and her massage was really helpful in relieving some of my neck and head tension. I highly recommend!
