I was here in Surfside on vacation for a week. With only two days left, I decided I wanted to go home with a new look. Jennifer was so helpful and accommodating when I called, and assured me that they would find time to fit me in before I left for home back in Massachusetts. Less than an hour later, they called back and had room to fit me in for a bayalage and cut. Everyone at the salon was so friendly and easy to talk to. Amanda and I had great conversation while she meticulously colored my very thick hair. I’m not picky about my hair, but also not super helpful or decisive. Amanda worked so well with me to give me the best color job I’ve ever had done on my hair (by far) and gave me exactly the cut I wanted without me having to even articulate it. I’ve been searching for a stylist for years, and I’m only sad to say I found one a mere 16 hour drive from my home. Next time I’m here, I will definitely be back. Thank you Ocean’s Edge!!

I had Jill and she was AMAZING! I came in and my hair was a mess, but she completely fixed it and made it 10x better than I was expecting! She was able to turn my half dark brown half brassy orange hair to a beautiful blonde! I love this salon and everyone inside! I would definitely recommend! Hairstyling

Been staying in Myrtle Beach a few days on a long road trip on my way to Florida. Overdue for a haircut & came here at the recommendation of a friend in PA who knows this area. Debbie did a great job on my cut & style! I rarely leave a salon without wanting to adjust it slightly when I get home, but she nailed it! Maureen, the owner is awesome & we had a great conversation since she is from the area where I grew up. Highly recommend!

Maureen has been cutting my hair for years; she’s the BEST of the BEST, without a doubt! The environment she has created at Ocean’s Edge is one of complete serenity. Every client is greeted by Jenn & Jay with sincere warmth & kindness; somehow you know you’re somewhere very special. Jenn & Jay are masters in the healing art of QiGong and have become incredible additions to the salon. I had a healing session with Jay today that was one of the most amazing experiences of my life. The sense of inner peace I felt throughout the session is completely indescribable. What a beautiful, rare thing in the world we live in. Namaste♡
