Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismThe lady who did my nails was doing everything fast and did not take time to file my nails correctly. I asked her if I could have a coffin shape and she said no because my nails were to short. I didn’t get a clear base coat, just painted, and the nails didn’t dry correctly. I normally go to a different nail shop and I upset I didn’t go to my normal place. This is the first time I didn’t leave a tip at a nail shop because the lady was so rude and did a poor job. The lady who did my nails was doing everything fast and did not take time to file my nails correctly. I asked her if I could have a coffin shape and she said no because my nails were to short. This Is One Of The Best Nail Salons In The Area! It Was Very Quaint and Clean Inside! My Gel Pedicure Was Ultimately Relaxing. My Stylist Took Her Time and Was Very Patient With Me! I Didn’t Feel Rushed. Will Be Returning Over and Over! Nails Are Beautiful!

Phillip was nice but they have employees there who are rude and unprofessional. One lady started doing my nails and said she didn’t want to do it after I asked her can she make the nail longer.The other customers told Philip they heard her. I paid for my pedicure and left. Never every left a shop in between a job. Phillip didn’t want to tell me her name. SAD because people like that need to be reported. Went down the street to Queen Nail and was treated respectful and got better service.

Critical: QualityI went in there last Friday and the very next day one of my nails were lifting. They were wayy too over priced for the little to no quality work that was done. They charged me for my hands and feet separately and in total I spent $125 for nails that didn’t last a week, 3 of my nails had came off before the week was over.
