The ladies at this salon are so nice and friendly that I continue to go back. They are also professionals who always give me beautiful nails. This is a dip white with glitter dusting. Pricing is great and you leave feeling pampered. Thank you!

I have been going to this nail saloon for years but things have change with the management. I was there getting a mani-pedi with my 9 years old daughter and had a terrible customer service experience. The girl doing the pedicure to my daughter did not understood well the colors my daughter wanted. She painted one set of nails in her right foot in a different color than the other set on the left foot. My daughter asked her if she could redo one of the set of nails to be the same color as obviously they didn’t understand each other but she said she did not have time to redo it. I asked her to please redo it and she again said she has no time. After I insisted, she stand up and went to ask the girl on the front desk, she came back and said they did not have time as they have more clients. I asked her to talk to the manager as this would take her not more than 5 minutes to redo 5 nails on a kid’s foot. The manager came and told me they did not have time or anyone to do it. I said I did not mind to wait or to pay to get that fixed and then she said ok but you will have to wait. The girl doing my daughter pedicure left and we wait for another girl to finish my daughter’s nails. All this wasted time back and forth consulting with the manager could have been put towards redo the set of 5 nails. I was surprised with the lack of care and customer service. We had an appointment, we arrived on time, if my daughter would have wanted extra services like a floral design I am sure they would have had that time but since it was to redo, they say they didn’t. Finally, one of the girls came to redo her 5 nails and didn’t take her even 5 minutes. Definitely, not coming back.

Super friendly! Very talented! I took my boyfriend there to get our pedicures. We just enjoy going there. It’s so clean and nice and professional. Out of all the other places, they work with what they can work with. In my case… I have small nails. I’ve heard for years from other salons “oh you have small nails”. Thank you. I know. But with Ocean View Nails. No comments or criticism on my nails. I always feel bad if I want a particular design they have to work hard and make it harder just because I have small nails. They do their best with no comments about how small my nails are! And I’m so grateful to them to make my nails look just amazing! So thank you Ocean View Nails! I miss getting my nails done! Typical nail salon. I had an appointment at 2 for fill and pedi. They sat me in the chair to get my pedi. Then 20 mins later the girl showed to my fill. The were other people being sat as I was waiting. I mentioned that to the blond hair girl. She said the had appointments. I reminded her that I had one at 2 and was still waiting for someone to do my nails. She just looked away. I didn’t have time for her to be late that’s why I made an appointment. I left with my fill due to their being late. Beyond disappointed!

I went in yesterday for a full set and now my nails are extremely sore from the drill and have several cuts along my cuticle from it as well. Never had a set of acrylic nails that have been sore at all and lasting hours after being done. The nails don’t look bad but very rough and abrasive on nails made my day and night miserable now. I can’t even touch a few fingers without flinching from the pain.

Ocean View Nails has been my favorite nail salon since moving from LA Cty. to Orange Cty. several years ago. I go to have my nails done at least once a month or more. I love the way the girls do nails and this salon is what I consider “up-scale” with an emphasis on cleanliness and friendliness. I don’t just go for the gel manicure or pedicure, but also the massages that I have loved for so long. However…..I went today and was informed that they have been told by the owner to discontinue the massage after receiving a gel manicure. The reason I was given is because the girls have stress & some have pain after giving the massage -but…they always give a massage during the “regular’ and less expensive manicure??
