Critical: Professionalism, QualityI came in asking to put a little dimension in my hair and a trim. (I will be posting reference photo and after photos and photo after they “fixed” it. I rarely ever leave reviews but this time is different. I will not name names I’m not here to bash anyone as the girl who did my hair was really nice and had high confidence but did not deliver. I spoke with the owner about a refund or partial bc I paid for base color and bleach and she refused. The bleach was spotty and harsh lines my hair was cut way shorter then I asked for and I left with a awful haircut. I came in bc I want a confidence boost and left feeling even worse. I went back in to have them fix it. I was nervous about the bleach considering the outcome the first time and the fact they had to cut even more hair off to even it. So I asked for an all over color. The owner was the one who used clippers on my hair to even it. When I came in my hair was down to my shoulders at that awkward stage where your hair flips and now it doesnt even touch my shoulders about a inch 2 inchs from it and longer in the back. I worked so hard to get my hair to grow for months and now I have to start all over. I called the owner to talk about the outcome both times and to find a compromise and she told me that the girl who did my hair has alot of experience and pretty much she wasn’t going to help me. I explained she told me she was just 6 months out of school and she had been asking her for help the entire process and a simple hair cut was messed up. She kept defending her and told me to email her the photos and so I did. I have still not received a response nor do I expect one at this point considering the phone call where I was told I was pretty much told I was wrong some how.Good luck to anyone that walks in here.
