This place is about 30 minutes away from where I live and I was hoping it was worth the travel and it absolutely was! The massage I got was from the owner Amy and she was beyond knowledgeable in her craft. I told her what I wanted but she knew what I needed and gave me the massage I so desperately needed. It’s not often people care enough to tell you what you need over what you want. I’m walking away from this establishment feeling refreshed and most of all pain free!

Overall not a bad experience but I won’t be visiting again. They honored my Groupon coupon for a couples massage and facial with no issue- so the price point was great! The receptionist does a little chart with you upon arrival to access pressure level and which oils you’d like to use which was awesome & she was a sweetheart. I asked for medium to hard pressure and it definitely felt more like light pressure which was disappointing because I didn’t feel any relief from the massage. The nail in the coffin for me was how LOUD it was. To be completely honest it was the opposite of relaxing. I shouldn’t be able to hear employees talking or them using the microwave while I’m paying $100+ for a massage. I definitely could have asked for the pressure of the massage to be harder; so that’s kind of on me, but the noise level for inexcusable.

Ocean Star Spa is PHENOMENAL!!!! We traveled 60 min and weren’t disappointed . Got in on time, front desk clerk was very knowledgeable about services and my masseuse was on point! I will be back many times from now, prices were reasonable as well.

My boyfriend and I got the 60 minute couples massage and 30 minute facials off Groupon. And I couldn’t recommend the Ocean Star Spa more. They were absolutely wonderful, we loved how we could customize our massages. I would 100% recommend.

BE AWARE!!!! when you by a groupon from this place. I called to make an appointment for a massage and the rude inconsiderate women who pick up the phone made my appointment but as soon as I said I brought it from groupon she insisted that I give her my voucher number. I said I have brought coupons in the past from other masseuse places and they never ever asked me for my voucher Groupon number until I arrived at the place. She refused from giving me service. She said Point Blank I am not going to book you an appointment unless you give me the voucher number. I said thank you I hung up the phone call. So I just want anyone and everyone to be aware of this place.#scam artist!!!

I will begin with the service from the moment we walked in Courtney was so pleasant, patient and accommodating to all my family and my needs. The space itself is so nice, relaxing and most importantly clean. The ladies who took care of us Sofia and Angela their massages and facials were perfection. I went to the spa for the first time since I recently moved here. I had my lashes done and I went to fill in after three weeks. The staff is very friendly and professional. The place is very well kept. Also my son gave me a gift certificate for my birthday to get a massage with Sofia who was by the way (the best). Thank you again Sofia I will see you soon.
