Same complaint as the others. ..demands $20 minimum tip, kept walking in and out of the room, the door bell and phone ringing was so loud and obnoxious, at one point was having a full conversation with someone else in the room and kept the door open.

Critical: ProfessionalismWent to get a massage said to pay up front (which was fine) m, massage was $60 then said tip also has to be paid up front so I said okay you can take 15% but she said minimum 20% (all of this before the massage btw) so I said okay then she said it has to be $20, but 20% is $12.
