Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityOcean Nails got us in for a last minute pedicure the night before a holiday weekend. We were the last ones in the salon but the workers did not act rushed or annoyed. They even gave us amazing leg massages which I was not expecting given the timing. Amazing service and friendly staff – I will definitely be returning!

I was seated right away. When asked what I wanted, I stated I wanted a dip french manicure (which I’ve always done at other nail salons). They stated they couldn’t do that. My only option would be a gel french manicure. I then had to move to a different station. I asked if I could do clear and white. The technician stated that I would prefer pink and white since it looks more natural. I repeated myself and stated I would like clear and white so when my nails grow out (which they do very quickly) I would be able to wait a little longer before redoing them. She blatantly ignored me and did pink and white. My nails lasted two days before they started peeling up around all of my cuticles. Removed all the gel within four days. Easy to say I will not go back there

Walked in the door told a gel manicure is $30- great same as everywhere else. The guy spoke great english, which was a plus. He did a pretty good job on my nails or so I thought. Told as I’m paying that French is an extra $5- not happy that this price increase wasn’t explained beforehand…. I have never had a gel manicure last not even a week. Everywhere is chipping and peeling off. Definitely never going there again for the higher price and cheap gel polish!

I made a reservation here for my cousins and I to get pedicures. On the day of our appt we were running late and called to let them know. They were super nice and accommodating about it. They were ready for us when we got there. The chairs were awesome, salon was well decorated and clean. The women were kind, social and good at what they do. We got luxury pedis and it was definitely worth the extra. The massage was phenomenal and they did a good job all around. Will definitely go here again.

I went here on a whim as my normal place was booked. The service & quality was excellent. Michael took the time to make sure that my nails were done right and paid close attention to detail. The Luxury Pedicure was amazing and very well done! I will most certainly be back again!

Called the day before for an appointment, first time visit, three of us, agreed to a timeslot a half hour after we were hoping for because he was confident he could get us all in at the same time then. Showed up a few minutes early, got seated shortly after our appointment time and waited with feet in the water for a half hour before the first of us had a technician. Took a few minutes more for the other two. And minimal communication about their plan for us. The pedicures themselves were great, but they have no concern for timelines and appointments don’t take precedence.
