I’ve come to this nail salon a few times but after moving to the valley I had stopped coming for a few years. After many horrible nail salon experiences I decided to come back since I know my gel lasts so long when I get it done here and I’m so glad I did! Ken did my deluxe pedicure and boy did he kill it. I have to admit my feet were in severe need of some help and ken delivered! I appreciate greatly that he didn’t rush my pedicure and even went as far as to redo a nail after realizing it wasn’t to his liking. My feet have never been so soft and I’m so happy to have gotten such amazing work done. As for my gel manicure, Jenny did all the work and she was so gentle and precise. She had cleaned my nails very nice and made everything very relaxing. I had wanted to get a design and I think Jenny knew that it would need to be done by someone else so then Nikko came and finished off my nail art and boy did she kill it! She was so funny and was more excited than me for this design! In the end I had an incredible experience with everyone there and can’t wait to keep coming back!

This is specifically towards a manicurist there. Linda did me and someone else’s nails and did a decently bad job, she was aggressive and didn’t even ask about anything I wanted on the nails and just did whatever, she made my nails very uneven and was very pushy about moving on accident and would stare at you with a very rude look until you stopped moving. They have very nice service but Linda was very rude. Other than her everyone is very nice and gentle that I have seen so far but I have a certain person but I would rate it very nice is Linda wasn’t so rude..

I did gel manicure over there for the first an last time. It’s like a kid painted my nails. She should have at least use two more coats and even though I asked her for glittery top coat twice she ended up with regular one. I asked them to refund my money back because I believe as long as they cannot do their job right shouldn’t be in this business, they said they can only re-do it.

This place didn’t pay my wife for work she did they take advantage of the workers my wife worked here for 1 day and 2 hours. And they didn’t pay her for her time they like to steal money and time from people. They kept playing with her schedule so she quit and when she asked for her check for the time she had worked they said they weren’t going to pay her. I’m currently looking for a lawyer. Stay away from this place

Critical: Cleanliness, QualityI really wanted to like this place since it’s down the street from my home and it was recommended to me. A young man gave me a full service manicure. The service lasted 22 minutes. In other words it wasn’t a true manicure. He’s not ready to service this manicure for a few reasons, but the big issue I had with him as that his hands were dirty. I mean sticky and clammy. I know. Gross. He was sweet tho, but wow. The place was definitely not clean. There were old coffee/soft drinks by the sink in public view…things like that. When the California State Board drops by for inspection, they will be fined left and right in other words (I’m an esthetician btw). Lastly, unlike most nail salons with their protective shields from Covid-19, this place had NONE.
