Even with all of the negative reviews here, I wanted my own experience. I’m glad I made an appt and came in for a pedicure. The leg massage was incredible!! I totally felt myself relax. The gal did a great job trimming my toe nails and cuticles. Did not feel rushed. Very happy with my experience! Will definitely come back.

I love the nails!! The man working on them was super nice and took his time. Only downside is some little bits of debris and hair were stuck under the last gel coat which you can see bc the nails are whitish.

Super disappointed….. my nail tech did nothing that I wanted. I asked for clear dip all over my nails instead of white and he said no we can’t do that unless if you do a full rather than a fill. So I said okay let’s do that. Nail tech refused to do that and filled the bottom of my nails with the fresh white dip and the remainder of my nail is a yellowish color rather than white because it’s an old white dip on the remainder of my nails. Super unhappy and plan on only going to Loan each time I go now. Will not be going to a different nail tech at Ocean nails & Spa. He also burnt my left pinky nail and it’s been hurting since the appointment. I definitely did not want the same nail design twice in a row.
