The quality of the work is great and holds up longer than other salons. However, my only concern is how the female technician can be a little rough when moving my hands and especially my fingers, as needed. I have mild arthritis, so this can be uncomfortable for me, especially since she moves them so abruptly too. It’s as if she’s in a rush, yet it’s not busy and I don’t find it to be relaxing to say the least Actually, I’m on edge, but trying to stay calm. This is normally not a problem when I’ve had my nails done elsewhere or even when the male technician has done them here.

I’ve gone twice and was not completely satisfied. I believe the person was new. Very timid and tor nails and finger nails were not cut/trimmed evenly! Mainly rubbed my legs instead of massaging them.

The hot stone pedicure is worth it, not only do you get a great foot massage but a body massage too with the chair. They need more help, wait times are way to long and that was with an appointment. Hours long, they start you go do someone else have you wait then come back then go back. It’s ridiculous! I had an appointment! Don’t over book yourself. Nail polish fell off the same day on someone that I took with me one time. On another occasion, the helper knows no English so instead of pedi just got my nails painted. How can they expect her to understand what you want if she can’t understand English. Nice girl thoughL. ‘iv been there few times now, giving them time to improve with better customer service and still no improvements.i also find it ittle over priced. I won’t go back nor my daughter
