Between Ocean & Elegant, they were my 2 favorite places. I typically chose Ocean as it was closer & loved Sara and Mary. It has been quite a while since I had been there & realized immediately that Sara & Mary were gone. There were 2 men & 1 woman working and the atmosphere seemed off putting. I got a pedi with absolutely no concern or care for cuticles. Said salt soak, nope didn’t get that. The normal massaging of legs & feet was awful and the guy kept looking at his watch to make sure he didn’t go past 5 minutes. In past when I got hot stone there were a total of 4 stones with a nice leg and FOOT massage. Nope, 2 stones & robbed of any type of a massage. I will never go back. Whoever the new owners are they are cheap & they actually made me feel tense. Prices are HIGH! What used to be a little spot of a relaxing spa, it’s gone.

Very nice place. It was clean, didn’t overwhelm you with the smell of acetone, and everyone was very friendly. You could tell that they worked hard to keep everything sanitary and I liked that. There were different options with the pedicures and all were very reasonably priced based on the services offered. My only complaint is that there were a ton of seats for getting pedicures but not enough employees to handle very many at once. Will definitely be back though.

I walked in with no appointment. INeeded a me day after helping care for mom since September. Needless to say, great service. They checked temperatures and made sure you sanitized before entering. My nail tech was so awesome! Can’t wait to go back.

I called to make an appointment for a gel pedicure(the second cheapest one) and dip ombre nails with Sara. When I got there, Sara was not there. I asked why Sara isn’t doing my nails, they just ignored me. I thought she might come for my nails and having someone else do the pedicure. I was going on vacation the next day and decided to just go ahead with another girl (cant remember her name, she was older lady) she only went half way up my big toes with the top coat. Which then left the coats very uneven and discolored when i got hiem and saw them in the light. I had to out clear polish over it to even it out. Very disappointed. She also kept asking for upgrades/extras. About how bad my feet were. I scrub them in the shower at home, so they were THAT bad. Also asked if I wanted eyebrows waxed, etc. Didn’t like the pressure of her asking and trying to upcharge my services.

Worst nail salon around. They messed my nails all up and refuses to fix or give refund … DO NOT RECOMMEND GETTING YOUR NAILS DONE BY THESE PEOPLE.. Acrylic nails
