Takes a little longer but definitely worth it! i love that the clipped the cuticle with the correct tool instead of the grinding it off. They pay attention to every detail and my nails have never looked better! i also liked that the nail technician wanted to have a conversation so we didn’t sit in awkward silence. will definitely be going here from now on!

As others have stated, beautiful and well needed addition to our New Berlin service industry. David, the technician, took his time and ensured I left happy. Very clean and well ventilated salon – perfect for a place to bring in a bridal party (with reservations, of course). I also liked that they spoke multiple languages to enhance the experience.

This is a great salon, very clean and the techs are amazing. However their pricing seems random. When I went to pay, there seemed to be a lot of mental calculations on the price. Apparently anything with glitter (one bottle that has the color & glitter in it) takes more time & product. So there was an upcharge. None of this was clarified when I picked the color. They all look like they are the same price. I’ve never had an upcharge for a fill with a basic gel color. I’ll be going back to my previous salon with standard pricing.

I had got the nail tech David i belive was his name, very kind and was trying to make it fit in my price budget. I saw some reviews saying took longer than expected but I was in & out less than an hour. Quick but he made sure to not miss a spot & cut my cuticles everything. I liked the 5% discount with cash use. Very very nice inside stunning. And my nails i got them acrylic done november 17th it’s December 6th I work in the health care field and none of them even fell off yet! Amazing definitely coming back once these ones are off and trying a pedicure next time also. 100% recommended going here

I went there for the first time got a dipped set and a pedicure I love the nails and pedicure both are done excellent. The only qualm I have is they charge to take it off the old stuff. I’ve never been to a place to have my nails done and they charge me to take off the old dip? I thought that was part of getting a new dip but apparently they charge to remove the old stuff even when you’re getting your nails done there?

This nail salon is overpriced compared to the two competitors across the street. I overheard one customer shocked at the price of a nail fill. I originally requested a basic pedicure, which should normally include callus removal, scrub, nails and polish. After I’m in the chair I realize I must pay the deluxe price for a basic service. I also requested an ombré French manicure. This IS a thing, but they said they were two different techniques. They then told me they couldn’t do an ombré nail using gel polish and tried pushing acrylic nails, dip or regular nail polish. The first ruins my nails, the second chips and regular nail polish is just a waste of money. I was told they could do an ombré with gel when I called them the day before. Other salons can do ombré with gel no problem but the manager tried telling me no salon can do that. The technician finally agreed to provide an ombré service using gel. Well, she didn’t even have an ombré nail brush and tried using a foam eye shadow applicator. It was not working so I agreed to a regular French manicure. She was unable to do that. The white tips are laid on very thick. When I pointed it out she proceed to try to buff it down. I would not recommend this salon unless you need services on a Sunday and you’re seeking a basic nail design. If you seek ombré, cats eye or other techniques look elsewhere. You can look up how to do a gel ombré nail on YouTube. So, yes, it can be done. Why a salon charging top dollar can’t manage this is beyond me. A new shiny salon isn’t always the best salon.

New shop, my wife loves them.. they’re brand new.. and they’re staff is limited, so don’t be in a rush if want to go here… My wife has been here several times and said several terrible people have come in complaining about the timeframe.. just don’t be those people.. Nobody likes you.. Lol.. Give them a chance but be cool about it.. You’ll like the outcome.. Cha
