I have been going to Ocean’s nails since their opening. I have always been greeted right when I walk in the door. Sometimes there is a wait, but I don’t mind. The reason I like them is they are kind and respect that I like my nails short. A few other salons I have been to have not been nice about wanting a shorter length.

First time going here and had a great experience! Percy did my nails and was really great! Everything was very nice, friendly, and clean! Pricing wasn’t too bad either, I got SNS French nails with a design and then the milk & honey deluxe predicate with gel French paid about $140 before tip! Will definitely be going back! Hi is a true artist! I showed him a picture of the art I wanted painted on my nails and he replicated the design perfectly! I also described the look I wanted and asked him to choose the colors – I am thrilled with the results!!! These are the prettiest nails I have ever had! Ocean Nails is my absolute favorite salon and Bi is a star!!! Treat yourself, and you will want to return again and again!

Just got my nails done on Saturday and it’s is Wednesday and 2 nails have the paint completely off and most of them are chipped. I have gotten gel at different places and it has lasted 2 weeks without chips. Very unsatisfied

TLDR great manicure! The language barrier can be an issue. Chatty Cathy’s when they are speaking their own language, but don’t talk to the customer very much. Don’t recommend the pedicure.

Ocean nails overcharges every-time even though their prices are reflected on their website. They charge me for a full set even though I indicate that I just want a refill every time before starting. The technician did a poor job and left my nails crooked, yet I’m expected to pay for a full set when it’s a refill. The owner will argue about it even though the prices are visible online. The business advertises prices do not reflect the service. The business has a clean atmosphere, but I will definitely go to another place that practices honest business in the future. Highly recommended going to ANOTHER nail place.

Critical: QualityThis place is usually busy and I don’t mind the wait because I feel with patience and the amount of money you pay here the quality should be at least average. I had a pedicure done, I said numerous times gel but I did not get gel. And even just the regular polish pedicure is a disappointment. As soon as the lady was done, the polish looked rough in texture and uneven on the nail. When she put my sandals back on the polish was wet and instead of sitting me somewhere that would dry them they sent me to wait at the manicure station. This place is usually busy and I don’t mind the wait because I feel with patience and the amount of money you pay here the quality should be at least average. I had a pedicure done, I said numerous times gel but I did not get gel. And even just the regular polish pedicure is a disappointment. As soon as the lady was done, the polish looked rough in texture and uneven on the nail. .had a 300 appointment for myself and daughter in law, both of us got a pedicure and tips, she also got eyelashes and eyebrow waxing. The color on my toes was not the color I wanted. I kept telling the gentleman that did my nails they were too long. Showed him a photo 7 yes folks 7 times. ..of the shape, length and the French manicure I desired. The gel was not smooth or dry. The owner called herself redoing my nails. My cuticles are bleeding and these nails are ugly as the day is long. Noone talks to their customers, they just prattle on in there own language. We spent combined every bit of 450.00 in here. Two customers stopped me outside because I was crying. I would not recommend this place to anyone ever. I definitely should not have paid for my nails, my fingers are aching!!! Can’t wait for our regular girl to finish her renovation!!

It’s amazing. I made my appointment online, same day, for Saturday at noon. I requested full set of nails and pedicure at the same time (I don’t like back to back, takes too long). I got my eyebrows done as well. No one rushed, I was in and out in 1 hour and 15 minutes. I refuse to go anywhere but here when I am in town. The staff is respectful and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. I left feeling rejuvenated and beautiful. Money well spent, no regrets. Crystal M.

I got my nails done (tip and sns) about a week and a half, maybe two weeks ago. One nail popped off (which I figured would happen because the tech BARELY put enough glue to hold the tip) and I went in to have them redo the one nail. I asked if I could have them filed down and one coat of dip of powder to fill in what LITTLE grow out was there as I am headed on a week and a half long trip tomorrow. For one nail repair, and a fill she told me it was going to be $60. The SAME price I paid not long ago for the entire set?! This place keeps finding ways to scam for money. They charged me $35 for my 6 year olds gel polish too. Honestly over priced and just unethical. Strongly suggest the drive over the Paris Nails instead.
