Critical: QualityI’m really disappointed to be leaving a negative review for this beautiful establishment. I was really excited to give this spot a try when my regular nail tech was backed up. I got dip powder as I always do and experienced the product cracking and my nails breaking from being so brittle within the first week — something that I have never experienced before. I messaged the establishment over Facebook and asked if the situation could be rectified by having the service redone properly or being refunded. This is shown in the photo below, but for some reason I couldn’t scroll further up on our conversation. I was told the service can be redone, but only at half price. For this being the most expensive price I have paid in the area for dip powder I could not accept that and admittedly told the respondent that I will have to leave a negative review. The issues started just days after while I was out of town on family vacation during which I was less harsh on my hands than I typically am. I’ve never been told I need to pay a cent by any other establishment when the fault wasn’t on my account. I regret not waiting for my regular folks at Lisa’s Nails just down the road where I have only had phenomenal experiences.
