The pedicure technicians do not do a good job and do not know how to shape nails. I was denied my choice of color multiple times because I wasn’t getting gel and they kept forcing me to get something I didn’t want. The person also told me to not run the massage chair after the first time it stopped and was rude and condescending. During the manicure, the same person who was doing pedicures shaped my nails and ruined them. The manicure lady tried to fix it but couldn’t and then yelled at me me when I expressed my disappointment. Horrible experience! They are condescending to fellow Asians! What a shame!

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityWent in today because ocean nails was recommended by a good friend. They were so nice and there was no wait since I hit a slower day. My nail lady (I’m the worst and didn’t ask her name) was so kind. She gave me exactly what I asked for and more. This experience was so much better than when I originally got my nails done elsewhere and since I’m a newbie to the nail world it made me so much more comfortable. Went in today because ocean nails was recommended by a good friend. They were so nice and there was no wait since I hit a slower day. My nail lady (I’m the worst and didn’t ask her name) was so kind. She gave me exactly what I asked for and more. This experience was so much better than when I originally got my nails done elsewhere and since I’m a newbie to the nail world it made me so much more comfortable. I will definitely be back.

I wanted to get my nails done for the longest time! I made an appointment and went in. I sat down and chose my colors with my boyfriend and waited for me to be taken to a station. They took me back and let my boyfriend sit next to me (not a little of nail salons do that). They started my nails and were finished in an hour! They look amazing and I gave them a nice tip! Very well done!

This was my first time there. I had an appointment and showed up about 5 minutes early. Didn’t get started until about 3:10. All of the techs had been servicing others though, so it was okay. They were very nice and worked to get started as quick as they could. I tried to ask for a deluxe pedicure but with the language barrier it was difficult to know if that’s what I actually got. The quality of the paint job was great for a gel polish. Overall was a pretty quick in & out for a mani-pedi, with good results so I’d recommend for that. If you’re looking to get pampered though, look elsewhere.
