When I first started coming here I thought they did a fabulous job but the last few times I’ve been extremely disappointed. My dip manicure is used to last a month!!! I got my nails done on Saturday by Peter and it is Thursday and every single one of my nails has either broken or lifted from the actual nail itself!!! I am extremely disappointed.. my nails are short and I am not rough on my hands/ nails at all… $40 wasted!!! I think I will be switching nail salons

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityVery unprofessional staff. I’ve had multiple experiences where they just make you wait for a while and I still went back. My last trip was my absolute last thread and never coming back here. I walked in with the appointment and my nail technician “Chloe” said she doesn’t have time to put any tips on me since she have another client on me. When I asked her how is that fair and I’m a paying customer she literally walked out on me. And all this was after my last visit where I spend $80 only for my nails to chip 48 hours later. I was on my vacation or I would’ve called them right away. I wish I could tell people how unprofessional this place is. It’s better to avoid a really bad da.Very unprofessional staff. My sister in law and I went nail salon hopping one summer years ago. After about 5 or 6 places we both agreed Ocean Nails was the best, between quality of manicure and service. The ladies are nice and down to earth. They’re great!

Critical: QualityThe nail tech had 2 fingers bleeding when she cut cuticles, also no one wore gloves, & did not see them sanitize equipment. I will be putting a complaint into board of health. DO NOT GO THERE.
