First and foremost, the elegant charm and ornate decor astonished me! The chandelier, the fish tank, the rope lights along the ceiling. I also happened to stop by when a marvelous Christmas tree towered above, with intricate glass ornaments catching my eye. They were very quick, and although I had to ask them to go over my nails a second time, I’m very satisfied with the polish. 3 weeks later and it doesn’t have a single chip. Not to mention, Pizza Artista next door is worth a try.

Needed a quick fill and pedicure while traveling. They were able to fit me in quickly and services were efficient and relaxing. The space was clean, and the variety of colors and designs was great. Very pleased with my results. If I lived locally I would definitely come back!

My experience started with the guy that speaks really good English and may be the owner, he started to wrap my nails to soak off the previous dip powder. While they soaked off he removed my gel polish from toes and polished them another color. Then Jade begin to work on my nails at her station. It was pretty good, I was impressed with her and how she took her time to make sure it was nice. Well things went south when my bill was $65 I asked the cost ahead of time but was never told he would charge me $5 to remove the polish from feet to add another color. Like seriously .. $45 Dip $15 Toe Color Change $5 Color Change Removal Charge… and when I questioned it , he got smart and said everyone charge that, and proceeds to start speaking in his native language. I told him that’s incorrect, but no need to go back and forth. I paid and left but I will make sure others know about my experience, so not worth the hassle. Again the lady Jade was decent but I wouldn’t deal with the foolishness at all.

Jayden was my tech and he was phenomenal. We talked and joked the entire time and he had the best recommendations on mail shape and colors. I knew what I wanted and he ran with my ideas and made them better. He was fast but not rushed. My nails are so pretty. I only get my nails done a few times a year and I’ve never gotten a refill but I think I will this time just to let Jayden take care of the shape and we can do a fun new design.

Made an appointment for 3 people, they said they had plenty of time and staff, we show up on time and end up waiting for 30 more minutes. Would prefer honesty. So then one person has to leave, we cut our collective services in half. And I still ended up with a really bad manicure.

My experience was horrible. I will never go back to this nail bar. I chose this establishment because of the reviews. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience. The nail tech was unprofessional and laughing about the condition of my nails. When I requested a manicure and tips she immediately started putting on the tips. I mentioned the maintenance of my cuticles and she stated that it would be done at the end. It wasn’t done. She also talked to her coworkers in her language about me. They were laughing and looking at my hands and feet while she worked. They were very unprofessional. When I mentioned the spaces that weren’t filled, she told me that they looked better than they did when I came in.
