Critical: ProfessionalismI came to this location to try a new color 004 as pictured . I went before Mother’s Day. This first attempt came out Christmas red. After being reassured that it was correct. They apologized and stated they could “correct it” . I went back after work and then proceeded to get this light violet color. Instead of apologizing or admitting they could not replicate the original color they asked for the 10 dollars and seemed to dismiss my concerns. I came to this location to try a new color 004 as pictured . I went before Mother’s Day. This first attempt came out Christmas red. After being reassured that it was correct.
