I’m a tourist and my niece and I wanted to get a mani and pedi during our stay. So we decided to go to the closest nail salon. The techs seemed nice but they did a rushed job. Our nail were messy, the separator that was put between my toes came up and messed my big toe up, the tech told me that another tech will fix it so the next tech took the polish off and put one coat on it, no top coat so I had to tell them to put a top coat on, next for my mani, it was rushed, the tech that did my nails rushed as if he didn’t have time and when he did the last coat on my nail he got up and left so another tech had to finish up my nail. This was my first and last time going and I WILL NOT BE BACK!!!

I went to this place to get my nails done. I noticed the next day when washing my hair my hair would get caught in my nail. Upon really inspecting I realized the acrylic was bubbled up on every nail and the sides where not properly sealed allowing water to get in and potentially damage my nail bed. 3 days later my nails got worse and the acrylic began to peal and detach, so I went back so they could fix them. The lady obliged.. She shaved them down and simply added a clear coat of nail polish!!! ?? When I asked WHY she was not repairing them with acrylic she said there was no reason to because on 2 weeks I will need to come back for a fill-in!!. I told her “no” that it would peal again and I would be left with the same issue, AND I paid for a proper set of nails. During this time a tourist with her 4 daughters came in to get their nails done, the mother looked at me and quietly asked if I was happy with my nails, I told her no and quietly shared with her the reason why… The mother then asked her daughter’s maybe they should reconsider doing it. So the nail lady became angry and accused ME of driving her customers away!. The tourist had to let her know SHE asked me a question, and I told the nail lady I let her know why I was not happy.. Needless to say the tourist told her they are paying alot of money for nails and they want to be sure they are happy. She had to calm the nail lady down and tell her no one is trying to take away her business.. Not only was I aggravated and disrespected but I had to leave there with undone mediocre set of nails. I’m not in the habit of posting negative reviews.. But, I will never give them my business again. I will go elsewhere.

Wow, they are great. I never felt rushed. Nice long massage during pedicure. She was very attentive to my lightly sun burned legs. Used warm rocks to massage….AWESOME! Clean place. Nothing fancy but they know what they are doing…that’s the most important. Felt more like I was in a NYC nail salon!

I received dipping powder, french nail style for my hands and it turned out beautifully. However the french nail art to my toes was not pretty which done by a female there. I was very unhappy with my toe nail art.
