They do an amazing job my nail broke three days after I got them done I’m a very rough woman came in absolutely no problems fixed it right away and didn’t charge me and explain to me next time just let them know that you need something that has more sturdiness. Mrs Lisa is so sweet!

Terrible. I wish I checked the reviews. They did the thing where they say they can take you immediately and stick you in a tub so you can’t leave. Checked me for a callus removal but all he did was wipe on solution and wipe it off. He shoved the file tip under my nail so hard I actually screamed (so embarrassing). Older lady applied polish so thick that my husband made fun of me. So they took up 2 hours of my day, charged me $20 more than most places, hurt me and I had horrible looking nails when they were done. I guess I should be happy they started chipping the next day. I wish I had looked at my phone and seen the reviews.

I got a gel manicure I had to ask for the cuticle cutters because he barely touched them and then I had to ask for the nail file because they were uneven and sharp on the corners. Ok I can get past that but when she told me $38…. I nearly fell off my chair. They CHARGED me to take my old gel off which they used a sanding machine that took 2 minutes and ruins your nails. Critical: QualityNails were not shaped, filed, or buffed at all. My nails are ragged and sharp and uneven. Pretended to cut my cuticles but didn’t actually do it. Gel manicure is all lumpy and uneven. Go spend your money elsewhere.Services: Pedicure, Gel manicures

Took the current color off my nail, then just left me to sit there, with the nail dust all over my fingers. Then I just waited there for about 25 min waiting for them the finish my nails. While the lady doing my nails she filed my skin right off my finger to the point where I was bleeding. For my gel she completely forgot the bottom “base” type layer. My nails looked semi decent after they were completed and I enjoyed my stay in Ocean City, MD.

I got acrylic nails, which require prepping/filing etc. My nails were filed, but on two of my fingers, they filed them to the point where my fingers started bleeding and the person didn’t say anything about it, he seemed not to notice. Even with all this filing there were clumps of the acrylic under my nails. I got light pink nail polish, which requires a few coats so that they aren’t streaky, but I only got two coats leaving them streaky and messy looking, not to mention the fact that my fingers had polish all over them. The person seemed to be rushing, even though the only people in there at the time were my friend and I, and both people working there seemed annoyed/angry with my friend and I even though we had done nothing to anger them and tried to be as nice as possible.

Got a full set of acrylic nails. The price was good. But I got a very pale pink color on my nails and then 2 days later my nails turned gray. The top coat that used is the reason because I can still see the color underneath.
