They did a beautiful gel manicure! You actually get the manicure that you pay for! Not just gel put on and charged for a manicure that you didn’t receive. They are friendly and it’s peaceful here! Their services are reasonably priced too! They are also upfront about all charges! No surprises when you go to pay at the end. I am very pleased about that after my recent experiences here in Havasu and in California.

I had an appt with her and she tried to push me off for a walk in and I should have let her she was doing like 3 people at once she was rude and my nails looked terrible and when I made my appt she asked me to bring cash. They up charge for everything; ex length, different color regular polish, even after I had called and asked specifically for what I wanted and the price. Super upset with the quality of work, burned my nail, did not clean cuticles, and acrylic was not applied evenly and is lifting 2 days later. Also my nails are not even or shaped evenly. I hate leaving these kind of reviews but its just not okay to even address the problem when it was brought up and being ignored of my request which is normal with this service. I needed to have a fill on my Pink & White permanent french acrylic nails, and being new to the Lake Havasu area I was concerned about finding a salon that would do a good job. Last year we visited Havasu and Bullhead City and I tried 3 different salons and they all did a horrible job and that is putting it mildly. So when we closed on our property last May I noticed the agents nails look so nice, so I asked her where she had them done and she said Ocean Nails, so I kept the number and when I returned this year I made an appointment. When I arrive they took me in on time and she did a great job. I am so happy and relieved that I finally have a quality salon to get my nail done at and I will not be wasting my money on a horrible nail job. I read all the reviews and do my research, but I still had a difficult time finding a good salon in the area, so if I am happy you will be as well. They only take appointments, but the good thing is they are on time and ready for you when you arrive, so you are in and out quickly. Prices were very reasonable and the owners are a married couple that has been in business for 13 years, so they are doing something right. I highly recommend this salon. Thank you Ocean Nails for a great experience.
