Critical: ProfessionalismGoing in I was told which colors to pick, I picked a red and a red with sparkles, as I went down to the person who was doing my nails they said the colors were very beautiful. They then go on to suggest I get white French tips instead, which was nothing remotely close to what was initially asked for. I was hesitant but they kept insisting on white. I also had mentioned I wanted coffin shape before we started. The nail tech then cuts the acrylic nail down to my finger and said square is cheaper (already cutting it before I could say anything). Having a little bit of social anxiety made it harder to try and subside the pushy behavior. I don’t believe it was very professional as I did not receive anything remotely close to what I came in for due to the lack of customer opinion. If the nail person I got could not do the shape requested very well I believe I should have been told ahead to make an appointment else where. Going in I was told which colors to pick, I picked a red and a red with sparkles, as I went down to the person who was doing my nails they said the colors were very beautiful. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueWe had a group of 3 and the 2 that did our pedicures were awesome! I have never had the scrub, lotion and hot towel experience anywhere! One of thee best pedicures I’ve ever gotten and I will be returning! Thank you for taking your time and making sure our rough feet were soft!

My nails aren’t even what I asked for, they’re lumpy, uneven, crooked, and some are even almost sideways. I paid 123 dollars for these and my sister to get ombré. This place is very unprofessional, and I would like my money back. My nails look and feel like trash. It also looks like I already need a fill, they haven’t even been done an hour. I was told to relax when I started to pull my hands back because she was doing something I didn’t ask for, my sisters hands were smacked when she was getting her nails filed so she’d put her finger down. Pulled in patrons with later appointments to mine, did not perform all services requested when appointment made (as they no longer take walk-ins), and made very aware that she did not wat or need my patronage.
