Just got a pedicure because my toes looked rough for vacation. I wore a loose dress (which I was just tucked in under my thighs) and the gentlemen doing my pedicure gave me a little towel to make me feel more comfortable. It was a very sweet gesture! He was also very careful around a little cut I had on my toe. Lovely place. 🙂

When I went to this location to get my nails done, the lady refused to perform an acrylic service on my nails. She had already removed my previous gel manicure from another salon, so despite being surprised, she had already begun the service and I allowed her to continue. On 2 nails which were shorter, she applied acrylic and tips, and the rest were gel. On one of the acrylic nails she did apply, during the application process the tip broke and became the same length as the original nail underneath and she did not fix it. The gel nails then proceeded to last less than a week before peeling off, leading me to believe the prep process of my nails was improper. I left the OBX based on an illness, and when calling back within their self designated 2 week refund window the person on the phone hung up on me three times stating that they were too busy. Before he hung up on me the second time, I explained I was within the 2 week window and then he changed it stating I should have returned within 24 hours. Their customer service is highly lacking as are their nail services. I would like to note that I have been getting my nails done for 8+ years and have never experienced service this poor.

I want to pay for what I want not for what the manager wants me to have, I had too many questions I guess, another women before me had issues with this man too, his unprofessionalism how rude he was and I’ll never go back there and I won’t recommend any one to go there. I came in needed an emergency refill my nails had broke the night before, I wanted a new color a fun design and maybe so rhinestones….well the nail techs were nice but the male manager was yelling at me to know what I want and it should only take 30 mins, they weren’t busy and he made me feel really bad usually you go to get ur nails done and they accommodate you not the other way around or else why am I paying then? Nice and clean. Basically did a good job. All was going well until the technician took the foot pumice stone and did the top of my feet. It scraped my skin very badly. I’ve never had someone use the pumice stone on the top of me feet. 2 days now still red and sore. I would go back again but would not allow that to be done. Manicure, Pedicure

great intentions with the nail work, missed many steps with the SNS (no clear dip bottom coat, only two dips for color, didn’t buff or clean up after application) didn’t buff with the drill to smooth. at first tried to cut all of my real nails off (i don’t use tips) and then had to ask for a soak off after having tips shoved between my old sns to get it off (45m to remove old sns). i get sns in my hometown every single two weeks and pay $35 on my real nail for way better work and paid $50 here!!!. i’m sorry but do not get sns (especially with tips) here. very nice people, after getting an attitude about how to soak my sns off my real nails
