I’ve never left a nail salon this upset. Usually it looks perfect and I’m in and out. I’ve been coming here for about 2 years. I was in here for a total of 3 hours. Sns dip was completely bumpy and some nails have crisp even lines while others don’t. My toes have never looked like this the last time I went. All lines are uneven and messy. It’s all new people I believe. I paid around 100. Really disappointed.

First time getting uv gel nails. I went with my mom and treated her for her birthday. Very clean place and my nails look great. Only complaints is in a few places my nail is lacking nail polish and there is a small gap between the nail and my cuticle. It was $65 each which I didn’t think was bad at all and took about an hour, they were very efficient. I got exactly what I asked for on terms of shape and length which I was very happy about. They also gave me a punch card so when I go 10x the next time I will get $10 off. I was very appreciative of that! They gave me a little massage and all around their service was pretty good. I will be coming back for a refill! I recommend if you want uv gel nails, but I cannot speak on any of their other services since I did not get them. Definitely worth checking out.

Had a very bad experience. Me and my niece went for pedicure. Usually they do 10 minutes massage, hot stone massage and callus removal for regular pedicure and I feel very relaxed but this time they did nothing other than cutting nails and applying paint. Staffs are not friendly.

I’ve always had good luck here and been happy with the service despite the constant change of employees. One time I went with my daughter and bec we left the house in a rush, forgot our masks. I didn’t enter, but they didn’t have a mask to provide. I tried again and happy with the nails and they were quick, but no shoulder massage given as they always do, yet the woman next to me was offered, but refused. Very odd.
