Worst experience ever. I did the dip manicure and it wasn’t done properly so it started to come off. I came by to fix it and they said it was my fault. After a few minutes they accepted to redo it. Again, it was done incorrectly so it started to come off. When it did I realize I had mold in my nails due to the water getting through. Of course , they assume no responsibility. I would not go back to this place. I have done dip before in other places and this never happened.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis was by FAR the WORST nail experience I have EVER had. The dip manicure looked like my kid shaped blobs of PlayDoh and stuck them on my nail bed. Super thick. And super bumpy. Not to mention that the color of my toes did NOT AT ALL match my dip powder. My toes were a mauve and my nails were an off white. The nail tech insisted they matched. The pedicure was painful as she scrubbed my the little bone above my heel over and over. And the manicure was painful because she did NOT know how to file. Then, checking out, I couldn’t even express how dissatisfied I was with my service because NOBODY asked. The lady at the front just said what I owed without even looking up from her phone! And then yelled out to my nail tech how much her tip was and to come and get it. Please DO NOT waste your time or money at this place.
