Been a client at Ocean Nail for several years and I am always delighted with my nails. Ocean, the owner does my nails and he is spot on with his sense of color and design. He is a master of powder dip ombre ! I show him a color scheme that I want and I let him go to town !!

Ocean did not just lose 1 customer, but he lost 4. On 4/13 they called my mom thinking she had an appt that morning. My mom spoke with Ocean explaining that her appt was on sat 4/16 and he told her its ok she should come that Saturday same time (9:30a). While my mom was about to get her pedicure another lady walked in at 9:37a stating that she had a 9:30a appt. They told my mom she would have to wait because the other person had an appt, but so did my mom. water was set and they removed the polish from my mom’s toes and everything. Like how you can do that to a customer when clearly the mistake was on them. So now my mom, aunt, sister, and myself will not be going back.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityThe owner is rude. I made an appointment two days before requesting ocean, when I arrived he told me he was fully booked so someone else had to do my nails. He was so rude about it. I was very upset especially the fact that I said specially I wanted ocean to do my nails when I made the appointment!!!!!!! The owner is rude. I made an appointment two days before requesting ocean, when I arrived he told me he was fully booked so someone else had to do my nails. He was so rude about it. They don’t clean tip of your nail thats disgusting. They left my nail crooked. They dont have patience And. This is my place! I love it here! The owner Ocean does a great job. The staff is very hard working and friendly. I’ve never once had a bad experience. It’s the only place that can do my nails & eyebrow waxing. I get tips and they last for a month. Which is great because I work as a swim teacher so I’m constantly in the pool.

This is the best nail spa I have ever been to. I would not go anywhere else. It’s like your with friends. The spa is so clean and everyone is so friendly. Their work is perfection. Ocean is the kindest person I have ever met in my life. I have never missed going to get my nails done in 6 years and they are so accommodating. I love them all.

I used to come here all the time and spend over $75-80 on my service alone plus $20-30 on tips. Let’s just say it’s not worth coming here anymore. Pedicures don’t last long they chip within a week (and I mostly wear sneakers) , they don’t clean cuticles great if your getting tips or powder gel manicure . Oh let’s talk about if you point something out you don’t like on what YOU are paying for they get super mad. Specially the guy (not ocean and not the younger one) I told him I would like coffin shape nails he proceeded to shape nails squared and I potiely advise him to fix it and he kept huffing ,puffing and rolling his eyes . Nails started to break less than a week and half. This place used to be great but customer service and actual service has gone bad. Not going back 🙁

I always get my nails done there with zero problems. The young gentleman usually does my nails. One day that lady, too bad I forgot her name, screw up my nails, was rude and I complained for the very first time. The owner didn’t seem to give a … he actually told me there was nothing wrong with my nails. Bad customer service!

Although i do like how my powder gel nails came out today, i cant really give the service a 5 star, the only unsatisfaction i had was that angela kept file-ling my nails and over my cuticle and i kept pulling back because it was starting to irritate me, and i told her it hurts and to be more gentle and all she would do is smile. The whole day my nails have been hurting because they just file and file until your nail is paper thin! Not a happy customer today!!
