Positive: Professionalism, QualityI feel like i lost 10lbs just from the pressure relieved from my shoulders and hips! The hot stones had me ascending! I have some trouble relaxing during massage and that definitely had me melting.Was a little hesitant due to negative reviews, but I actively remind myself that people mostly speak up when they’re unhappy. I had an excellent experience!Booked online an 1 hour appointment at 2am Sunday morning and received an email confirmation and a text a few hours beforehand for a Sunday appointment a few hours later. I brought cash for payment and another $20 for tip.Location was easy to find and parking was readily available.Walking in is clean and smells good, and I heard someone call out from the back to greet me. She confirmed my appointment and asked for payment upfront. Staff was masked and I entered the building wearing a mask.Upon paying, I was led to a room with dim mood lighting and quiet music, and was asked to undress and cover myself with a sheet.While she did not ask about problem areas, she asked for my pressure level, which I said medium, bc I’m a bit tender right now.She was very professional and made sure I was comfortable showing my butt before doing my lower back and hips. When she asked me to roll over she kept the sheet over her face so as not to see my front.A small downside is that the doorbell rings into your room when someone enters the building. Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityWent for a couples massage and will NEVER go back!Beds were hard. They left the door open half the time. The entire massage they whispered back and forth and gave hand gestures to each other. They left the room multiple times. They didn’t actually massage just used elbows the entire time. Never asked if the pressure was good or bad. Never asked if I had soreness. Lack of communication. She leaned on my spine many times to hold herself up while she dug her elbows in.
