Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueIt was horrible. The nail technician cut me. He then scolded me for jumping when he had cut me. He refused to allow me to pick multiple colors. One of my hands is matte and one is gloss. One of the pinky nails isn’t even on correctly. I spent 4 hours in this salon. I was a paying customer and treated very poorly. This is my vacation and I could have spent my money elsewhere. He even “shooshed” me when I thought he was speaking to me and i had answered……instead he was speaking in his native tongue to another employee. Whilst I was trying to be respectful and reply because I mistakenly thought he said something to me….he rudely shooshed me. This place is beyond unprofessional and to top it off, I will have to spend the rest of my vacation with messy nails and sore hands!!! 1 star is too man!. 0 stars is too many! It was horrible. The nail technician cut me. He then scolded me for jumping when he had cut me. He refused to allow me to pick multiple colors. One of my hands is matte and one is gloss. Critical: Quality, ValueI asked for bright pink and I got traffic cone orange… this was probably the worst nail place I’ve gone too. The lady rushed and kept pushing my hands around. So rude. Also extremely expensive.. $15 more than in Greensboro where I live.Services: Manicure, Gel manicures

They were outrageously priced adding in cost which would have been fine if they had said that upfront. When I expressed I did not like the color the lady had chosen she proceeded to talk rudely based off her tone in a language I cannot understand. She argued with me rushed through it and it looked terrible. When I came back a few minutes later to express I was not happy the gentlemen who was originally polite became rude and argumentative. When I asked about the price I was charged he rolled his eyes and tried to shove a five dollar bill in my face. The lady stood up front and filed my nails then claimed they were good… they weren’t. Absolute worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. They were outrageously priced adding in cost which would have been fine if they had said that upfront.
