Ocean Glow Custom Airbrush Tanning

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have to admit…..I’m seriously obsessed with Evi and Ocean Glow Custom Tanning. I almost don’t want to write my review because it will give her MORE customers than she already has! 🙂 She’s so busy with customers (because she’s SOOOO GOOD!)…that I wish she could clone herself.Each tanning session with Evi is extremely “personal”. When it comes to a good spray tan, a good spray tan should not be “one size fits all” or “hey, what color do you want?” A spray tan needs to be customized for the individual, based on their skin tone, and coloring, and the event. Evi takes great care in considering many factors when coming up with the custom mix of colors. Evi also goes above and beyond the norm, when it comes to each and every client, with a special/unique touches, that set her apart from the competition.Case in point: I went to another place this past week, prior to a wedding, because I could not get in with Evi, because she’s so busy (Sad Face)…..When I walked in, the girl at the front desk said: “Do you want light, medium, or dark?” and I said, “What does light look like vs. what dark looks like?” and then asked, “Do you have any photos of each?” Their response was that NO they have no photos. Annoyed, but complacent, (because I had no other option at that point), I opted for Dark.So I go in, and unlike Evi, who cares if her clients are freezing or not, this place had a freezing cold room, so I stood there naked with goosebumps the entire time they sprayed the cold tanning fluid all over me. They did nothing to cover my feet (Evihas foot covers), so I’ve walked around the entire week this past week with Black undersoles of my feet from stepping in tanning fluid. It’s RIDICULOUS. NOTE: The other spray tan place I am referring to is in Corona Del Mar, and is called Sugared + Bronzed. It’s no way close to Evi’s TLC / VIP Service.Yes, I have to drive farther to see Evi, but it’s worth the trip to be treated as if you are her ONLY client….and have the other little VIP Touches she gives you (powder at the end, a warm room, great girl-talk, and a customized tan, and (wow, novel idea!)…..those precious FOOTCOVERS!) — 🙂 🙂 Cannot recommend Ocean Glow / Evi more highly!PS – She also has an amazing online booking service that is EASY to use and they also TEXT you reminders and also appointment confirmations.
