I had been here a couple times and liked my services I even recommended my mother to go here. She wrote her name down and waited seemed like more than usual as people who came after her were being attended she went to ask and her name was scratched off the list when she asked what happened the white lady with the blue eyes had pronounced her name wrong then blamed my mom for not going up when her name was wrongly said. I came in wanting a slight shape and I had explained parts of my eyebrow that I did not want to be removed and a specific shape. A woman with blue eyes helped me out and I hoped she would do a good job since I explained thoroughly, but she made my left eyebrow thinner than the other. I had grown out thick eyebrows and had other threading salons help me out with they way I asked and it would always turn out great but unfortunately this time it did not. She also threaded my brows with a lot pressure, it left my eyebrows very very sensitive and it burned when she put Aloe Vera on them. I still tipped her (not very well, she seemed a bit bothered) and kept quiet about how I didn’t like my brows because I didn’t what to risk them getting thinner. She was trying to be respectful to me, but seemed a bit impatient and a bit rude to other customers that were waiting for a different employee to do their eyebrows. I had come here in the past and had liked the service but unfortunately not today. I don’t mean this review in a rude way, it’s just that as a customer the threading caused me discomfort.

There’s not much to say about this place. The place is clean and they have taken COVID very seriously here because every chair at the waiting area is separated by glass and also the chairs where ladies work.

Typically I have no issue getting my legs waxed but today when it was my turn lady a who did my legs the first time I got them done said another lady (lady c) would be coming at 10am and she could do them so I waited. Lady C came but she did eyebrows and a lady that was already there (lady b) would do my legs. Lady B instead took an additional client and said she would help me after (even though the lady c haven’t even gotten a client yet and could have taken that over that specific client). After lady b was done with her eyebrow client she told me she was going to get the room ready. She then went to her car while on the phone then went onto the employee room and closed the door by this time I had been waiting thirty minutes and got passed over twice so I just cut my losses and left. Looking for a new place if anyone has suggestions.
