Ocean Elements Salt Spa & Float Center is a local health and wellness retreat based in the Ocean City, MD area, and the only one of it’s kind on the Eastern Shore. Our Himalayan salt spa provides a relaxing, distraction-free environment where you can indulge in the healing properties of salt therapy. Our floatation therapy rooms allow you to float in an individual tank with high Epsom salt (magnesium sulphate) content at skin temperature. Lighting and music are available. Had a wonderful experience. My boyfriend and I did the 60 min float in the two person tank and it was great. The lady at the desk was super nice and walked us through the whole thing, as it was our first time and didn’t know what to expect. Once we were in the float, it was so peaceful. It had plenty of space for the two of us to float and even “swim” around a little. The ceiling has little tiny lights that looked like stars, I loved those, the music & the lights were adjustable so we could turn them off if we didn’t want them. It was honestly just a very relaxing experience that I would gladly do again.

We are so fortunate to have this Wellness Center in our backyard and they deserve every 5 Star review! I began with, and continue to enjoy Float therapies which allow me to relax and relieve muscle pain, since they first opened, then added Massage and Sauna therapies. Recently I tried the new Infrared Sauna and you can literally feel its deeper penetration, wonderful! I also just tried the salt Room and dont know why I waited so long! I was able to breathe better than I had in years! I’m breathlessly looking forward to the Oxygen Therapy alternatives which will soon be added. I’m thankful for Ocean Elements foresight in bringing us these valuable experiences, which previously were only available on the West coast or in big Cities, and at far higher prices than here. We really do need to make it a priority to take care of ourselves regularly and can say that each of these services is very effective. I wish Ocean Elements continued success. I’ll be a loyal customer forever. The benefits are undeniable. Wishing you all Wellness!

The UV light filtration system on the float pods makes me feel super safe and clean! My favorite thing about this spa is the price point, and I appreciate the affordability.
