Got my nails done for the first time there on the the 21st of October and on the 25th my nails started falling one by one and when I went to see them they said to me I don’t know what you did to them and it made me feel like I was trying to steal from them and I asked if I could come back to fix them on a Sunday. The ly told me they don’t open Sundays when I herd him telling another client that they were open on Sundays. Also I paid $63 dollars for my nail I thought they would be nice about it and but all they said was next time as soon as you break them come in. So I decided not to go back. Critical: Quality, ValueStaff was nice but my gel pedicure was the worst pedicure I’ve ever gotten. On the left foot I tried to take the gel off on the bottom on two of them because she went over my skin with the gel polish. On the right is untouched you can see how it’s clumpy and over my skin which means that it will easily lift and tear quickly. The shaping was also horrible. It looks so bad. They are racist and do not know how to treat they’re customers. Was getting my nails done and I have big curly hair, the lady doing my nails asked if my hair was a wig. Then my mother went to make an appointment at 2 pm waited 30 minutes and was told that the lady doing her nails was eating……..Why would you book a client at the same time as your lunch break??? AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

Everyone is nice. They do a really great job. Also I have a damaged middle finger with only half of a nail but they manage to do it still and make it look like a normal finger nail! It’s really important to me and thought it would be helpful for others who too share a disfigured extremity. Love them and appreciate their work.

Kim was excellent with my eyebrows, pedicure and manicure. Very detailed and took her time. Iit was my first time there and I really liked it. I needed to find a new place because my old one my nails would chip a day or two after. So far very happy with Ocean City Nail.
