We always liked coming to Ocean Breeze and really enjoyed the experience, but it might have changed owners without any communication about it. We had an appointment for a 1-hour foot massage set up in advance, but it seemed like they did not note it down, as they weren’t ready when we arrived staff-wise and did not seem to know what we have booked. We also sensed that they did not understand or speak English, as we tried to communicate about what we booked and what we were used to get, and instead of just telling us to wait a couple minutes, which would have been totally fine, the receptionist and her colleague rushed to start the massage while leaving the door to the reception area open and sending out a text message quick while already starting the massage (even worse: the loud tipping and sending sound, gave away that the phone was not silenced). Not very relaxing when you know any walk-in or phone call can disturb your massage! On top of that we realized the receptionist was just buying time by starting an unmotivated shoulder massage, till other colleagues arrived ten minutes later to take over my husbands massage. The door to the spa got shut but as the receptionist and her colleague kept talking in the front room, it was still not a relaxing experience. All in all it was ok but not what it used to be. We would not come back anymore.

One of the worst foot massage my wife and I had. We go between couple of foot massage places in Gardens every week. We decided to get foot massage last minute and our regular places were full. We decided ro give this place a try. Well, it was a mistake.

Incredible!! So much more was done than we have experienced at other spas for reflexology. We had a head to toe massage plus reflexology for $39.99 for a full hour. The place is so incredibly clean, so beautiful and designed with privacy in mind. The staff is so incredibly kind and gracious. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this spa. You will live the view too when you leave…right on the water. Next time we will eat at Carmines on the way out. We will definitely be back and refer all of our friends and family.

They were not able to answer the question and were painfully unprofessional.Additionally, they were not willing to work with me at all and extremely unaccommodating. Mediocre experience. I came in for a 15min back/shoulder massage + 45min foot massage. The man who did the massage seemed unengaged and rude. The first 15 min was shoulder and back massage. There was a special chair for this right in front of me but he didn’t ask me to sit in it he just sat me on a bench which wasn’t relaxing at all as I was trying to keep a straight spine. This makes it very hard to relax if you’re trying to stop yourself from slumping over. Sitting on that bench caused bad posture the whole time.
